I found we can't just set Handler to mod_mono.
I need to create the "Alias". and use "AddMonoApplications" to add the path into the application pool.
If not, that will get HTTP 503 error

I am trying to develop a new project in my server.
This is a website for myself developing in Mono.
I wish to see whether that is easy to develop a web site in Mono.
