I read an article about Windows Home Server in APC. This is completely not my choice. I chose Linux. This is free of charge. Moreover, it works with low end computers as well.(Be fair, even I try Windows Home Server, I don't know whether Windows Home Server works well too). For another reason, I am a developer. I can free develop and customize the software in Linux. Most of software in Linux world are open source. Linux, this is my choice.

I am doing customization for the web site of my church. I have a big headache for BIG5. All Chinese Characters can't get into Mambo 4.6.2. After Googling on the web for two hours, I found a number of entries across different forums, Mambo 4.6.2 only supports UTF-8. Please be aware this point.
I got a Mamabo 4.6.2 in my own server.
I used to use DocMan for my old mambo webserver.
But I can't get it to install in the new one.
It keeps to generate sql errors , Error 1064 somethings like this.
I did a google search I found a replacement Remository. That is similar with DocMan. Moreover, please remember to get the latest one. I have tried 4.20, it doesn't work for Mambo 4.6.2
One of friends said I am strange. I do same things on holidays. Actually, I love IT. That's not just a job. I am not doing for money only. This is enjoyable to do programming on my own spare time.
I love IT. Thus, I choose to be a programmer.
I found we can't just set Handler to mod_mono.
I need to create the "Alias". and use "AddMonoApplications" to add the path into the application pool.
If not, that will get HTTP 503 error
I am trying to develop a new project in my server.
This is a website for myself developing in Mono.
I wish to see whether that is easy to develop a web site in Mono.
I am looking into the programming in Linux.
Well, I am not a good C++ programmer.
I am good at C# and Java.
Last few nights, I have looked into MonoDevelopment.
It looks cool.
