I have upgraded my JDK to 6 with Netbeans 5.5. There are a number of enhancements. Here following are the key enhancements:

  • javax.script is supporting
  • JDBC 4.0
  • Upgraded look and feel

By the way, I found there is a early access for jdk7 too.
